I want to create a tide for a locaiton that doesn't show up in the search. How do I do this?
You can search for a nearby place name or postcode to a map marker in the approximate area. The marker can then be fine-tuned by clicking and dragging to the exact location you would like.
I want to change the title text of the poster. How do I do this?
The place name is automatically applled to your poster's title text after a map coordinate is selected. The title text can then be updated by typing in the title box.
I want to make a tide poster of a past year that was special to me. How do I do this?
We currently only generate tide data for the current year plus 2 years. Past tidal data is a feature that we are working on! Specific years can be generated upon request, just get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
Why does the tide times and heights look different to other tidal data sources I see online?
Our tidal data is generated by using a global tidal model where water elevations are based on the lowest astronical tide relative to mean sea level. This doesn't take into account factors such as localised bathymetry and rivers and therefore may look different. This is why you should not use these posters for tidal navigation.
I want to purchase a digital copy of a tide poster to print at home. Can you supply the digital file only?
