Non-returnable items

Custom posters are made-to-order and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Refunds

If the tide location input is not a valid UK address then we will contact you for more information. Tide locations outside of the UK are not possible at this time and your order will be cancelled and refunded.

Changes

If you need to change your order then you can contact us at tidelinesio@gmail.com. Please note that orders that have already been fulfilled cannot be changed or cancelled.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
